Meet Malcolm, our founder.

Malcolm founded Cherish Commercial Cleaning in 2023 with a simple but powerful commitment. Through exceptional customer service, well-trained cleaning technicians, and clear systems with strong oversight, he has built lasting relationships with clients who value consistency and trust.
As a second-generation commercial cleaning professional, Malcolm brings both hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what clients truly care about. He is especially passionate about the dignity of his cleaning teams, believing that when people feel respected and essential, clients directly benefit from better, more consistent service.
Malcolm holds a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science and a Master of Business Administration. He lives in North Dallas with his wife and their two young children, and serves at his church with the youth.
